Shipping policy

Shipping Times:
Regular orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days.
If a size is out of stock, it will be labelled "Pre-Order". These will be shipped out according to the date shown.
Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our manufacturing facility.
Shipping times vary but generally take between 7-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
  • Please allow for delays that are outside of our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather, courier delays.
Shipping Locations:
Shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.
We offer shipping to the following countries:

  • North America: Canada, Mexico, United States
  • Asia: Bahrain, China, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam
Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer shipping to other locations.
Important Information:
We are not responsible for any customs clearance, or customs fees associated with your purchase.
We are not responsible if you input an incorrect or incomplete address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks.
  • If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.
If there is proof of delivery at the correct address, we are not liable for missing packages (as this is due to reasons out of our control, such as theft).
